Upload checks and error messages
The system runs several checks when you upload a theme. You see each error message here, with the next step to fix it.

Before it accepts a theme, the system checks the zip file. If there is a problem, you see one of these messages. The messages are shown in Persian; each one is followed by its English meaning.
پیش از بارگذاری تأیید کنید که اجازه‌ی استفاده از این قالب را دارید
"Before uploading, confirm that you have permission to use this theme." Tick the permission box. Details are on the "Permission to use a theme" page.
ساختار قالب شناخته نشد؛ فایل template.json یا پوشه‌ی layout با theme.liquid لازم است
"The theme structure was not recognized; a template.json file or a layout folder with theme.liquid is needed." Build the zip as described on the "Folder layout of the zip file" page.
فایل ارسالی یک فایل zip سالم نیست
"The uploaded file is not a valid zip file." Create the zip again and upload it.
حجم فایل قالب حداکثر ۳۰ مگابایت است
"The theme file can be at most 30 MB." Make the zip smaller, for example by reducing the size of the images.
حجم محتوای zip پس از باز شدن بیش از ۲۰۰ مگابایت است
"The zip content is more than 200 MB after it is unpacked." Reduce the size of the files inside the zip, then compress again.
فایل zip بیش از ۳۰۰۰ فایل دارد
"The zip file has more than 3000 files." Remove the extra files from the zip and compress again.
فایل «<نام فایل>» در zip بیش از اندازه فشرده شده است
"The file «<file name>» in the zip is compressed too much." The named file is compressed more than normal. Replace it with an ordinary file and compress again.
در یک ساعت حداکثر ۱۰ قالب می‌توانید بارگذاری کنید؛ کمی بعد دوباره تلاش کنید
"You can upload at most 10 themes in one hour; try again a little later." Each shop can upload at most 10 themes in one hour. Wait a little and try again.
فایل قالب ارسال نشده است
"The theme file was not sent." Select the zip file and upload it again.
قالبی با همین شناسه (slug) را قبلاً بارگذاری کرده‌اید؛ آن را حذف کنید یا شناسه‌ی دیگری بگذارید
"You have already uploaded a theme with this identifier (slug); delete it or use a different identifier." A theme with the same identifier was uploaded before. Delete that theme, or give this theme a different identifier.
این نوع فایل دیگر پذیرفته نمی‌شود؛ قالب را از گالری انتخاب کنید
"This file type is no longer accepted; choose the theme from the gallery." Choose a theme from the gallery.
نام قالب را وارد کنید (حداکثر ۱۲۰ نویسه)
"Enter the theme name (at most 120 characters)." Do not leave the theme name empty, and do not use more than 120 characters.
فایل ضروری <نام فایل> در قالب نیست
"The required file <file name> is not in the theme." Add the file named in the message to the zip.
مسیر یکی از فایل‌های قالب مجاز نیست
"The path of one of the theme files is not allowed." Fix the paths of the files inside the zip and upload again.
قالب نباید پیوند نمادین یا فایل خاص داشته باشد
"The theme must not have a symbolic link or a special file." Remove symbolic links and special files from the zip and compress again.
یکی از فایل‌های قالب تکراری است
"One of the theme files is duplicated." Remove the duplicate file from the zip and compress again.
این فایل یک قالب آویکس است (template.json دارد)؛ آن را از بخش قالب‌ها بارگذاری کنید
"This file is an Awix theme (it has template.json); upload it from the themes section." Do not upload this file as a theme. Build the zip as described in the "Folder layout of the zip file" section.
حداکثر ۵ قالب بیرونی می‌توانید بارگذاری کنید؛ برای قالب تازه یکی را حذف کنید
"You can upload at most 5 external themes; delete one to add a new theme." Delete one of the earlier themes, then upload the new theme.
این قالب الان روی سایت فعال است؛ اول قالب دیگری را فعال کنید
"This theme is active on the site now; activate another theme first." First activate another theme, then delete this one.
انجام این درخواست ممکن نشد
"This request could not be completed." This message is for an unknown error. Try again.
You see the message بارگذاری قالب از بیرون فعلاً بسته است؛ یکی از قالب‌های گالری را انتخاب کنید ("Uploading a theme from outside is closed for now; choose one of the gallery themes") today.
Uploading a theme from outside is closed for now. The shop owner picks one of the gallery themes. The Awix team uploads a custom theme for you.
