Permission to use a theme
With every upload you must tick "I have permission to use this theme". The tick is saved with your name and the time. The shop owner is responsible for using the theme.

The permission tick
When you upload a theme, tick "I have permission to use this theme". Before the upload you see this message: پیش از بارگذاری تأیید کنید که اجازهی استفاده از این قالب را دارید ("Before uploading, confirm that you have permission to use this theme"). Without this tick, the upload does not go through.
The tick is recorded
The name of the person who ticked the box and the time are saved with the theme.
Responsibility
Under the Awix terms of service, the shop owner is responsible for having permission to use any theme they upload.
Awix gallery themes
Awix wrote the gallery themes itself. They contain no theme code from anyone else.
