Edit a theme and publish it
Change your shop's look in the theme editor; your changes are not visible to customers until you publish them.

Before you start
Every shop always has one live theme. This is the theme your customers see, and it is marked "Live theme" («قالب فعال»). Other themes are "Draft" («پیش‌نویس») and become live when you publish them.
Opening the editor
1. Open the appearance page (themes) in the panel.
2. To edit a theme from "My themes" («قالب‌های من»), click "Edit" («ویرایش») in its row.
3. To add a new theme, click "Use" («استفاده») in the "Gallery" («گالری») list. The theme is added to "My themes" as a draft.
The editor panes
The editor has three panes:
• "Structure" («ساختار»): the list of sections and blocks of the page.
• "Preview" («پیش‌نمایش»): how the shop page looks.
• "Settings" («تنظیمات»): the settings of the section or block you chose.
Choose a section in "Structure" or in "Preview" to see its settings in "Settings".
Saving your changes
Changes are saved automatically to the draft. The save status is shown at the top of the editor: "Changes are saved automatically to the draft" («تغییرها خودکار در پیش‌نویس ذخیره می‌شوند») or "Changes saved to the draft" («تغییرها در پیش‌نویس ذخیره شد»). When you change a setting, you see "Change saved" («تغییر ذخیره شد»). If a change was not saved, you see "Last change was not saved" («آخرین تغییر ذخیره نشد»); make the change again.
Use "Undo the last change" («برگرداندن آخرین تغییر») and "Redo the undone change" («انجام دوباره‌ی تغییر برگردانده‌شده») to step back and forward.
Publishing
1. When the changes are ready, click "Publish" («انتشار»).
2. You are asked "Publish these changes?" («تغییرها منتشر شود؟») or "Publish this theme?" («این قالب منتشر شود؟»). Click "Publish" («انتشار») to confirm.
3. After you confirm, your shop is shown with this theme, and the previous live theme becomes a draft.
To drop unpublished changes, click "Discard changes" («کنار گذاشتن تغییرها») and confirm "Discard the unpublished changes?" («تغییرهای منتشرنشده کنار گذاشته شود؟»).
Versions and restoring
Each publish creates a version. In the versions window, "Restore" («بازگردانی») puts an older version into the draft. The shop does not change until you publish again. If no version exists yet, you see "There is no version yet; one is created with the first publish." («هنوز نسخه‌ای نیست؛ با اولین انتشار ساخته می‌شود.»).
If something did not work
• If you see "The preview of this theme is not ready now." («پیش‌نمایش این قالب الان آماده نیست.»), click "Load again" («بارگذاری دوباره»).
• If you see "Publish failed" («انتشار انجام نشد»), your changes are still in the draft. Click "Publish" again.
• If you leave the editor without saving, you see "Changes are not saved yet" («تغییرها هنوز ذخیره نشده‌اند»).
• To delete a section or block, confirm "Delete this section?" («این بخش حذف شود؟») or "Delete this block?" («این بلوک حذف شود؟»).
