Tax, contact details and opening hours
Set your shop's tax, phone numbers, address and opening hours so customers know where and when to reach you.

Shop tax
In the shop settings, find the section for prices and orders. Turn on "Tax enabled" («مالیات فعال باشد») and write the rate in "Tax rate" («درصد مالیات»). When tax is on, the rate must be greater than zero; otherwise you see an error.
To also calculate tax on the shipping cost, turn on "Tax also applies to shipping" («مالیات شامل هزینه‌ی ارسال هم بشود») in the shipping settings.
Contact details
Open the "Contact settings" («تنظیمات تماس») page. In the "Contact methods" («راه‌های ارتباطی») section, fill in:
• "Mobile 1" («موبایل ۱») and "Mobile 2" («موبایل ۲»)
• "Landline" («تلفن ثابت»)
• "Email" («ایمیل»)
• "Address" («آدرس»): it is shown on the map and on the contact page.
A phone number must start with 0 and have 10 or 11 digits. Otherwise you see an error.
In the "Contact page" («صفحه‌ی تماس با ما») section, write the text of the page, for example your answering hours.
Map
The "Map" («نقشه») section is on the same page. With a map.ir key, customers choose the exact location of their address on the map. Copy the key from your map.ir account into "map.ir key" («کلید map.ir»). The domains you must register in your map.ir account are listed in this section. If you leave the key empty, the address form is shown without a map.
"Latitude" («عرض جغرافیایی»), "Longitude" («طول جغرافیایی») and "Zoom" («بزرگ‌نمایی») set the point where the map opens before the customer chooses a location. If they are empty, the map opens on Tehran. Save this section with "Save map" («ذخیره‌ی نقشه»).
Opening hours
Opening hours are set in "Structured data (schema)" («داده‌ی ساختاریافته (اسکیما)») under "SEO settings" («تنظیمات سئو»). This section is for the "Local business" («کسب‌وکار محلی») type and describes your opening hours and location to search engines. Turn off the days your shop is closed.
If something did not work
• If you see "A phone number must start with 0 and have 10 or 11 digits" («شماره تماس باید با ۰ شروع شود و ۱۰ یا ۱۱ رقم باشد»), write the number starting with 0 and without spaces.
• If you see "When tax is enabled, the tax rate must be greater than zero" («وقتی مالیات فعال است، درصد مالیات باید بیشتر از صفر باشد»), write a rate or turn tax off.
• If you see "The end of each time range must be after its start" («ساعت پایان هر بازه باید بعد از ساعت شروع آن باشد»), correct the end time.
