Sales reports

Choose a date range

1. In the sidebar, click Reports («گزارش‌ها»).

2. In the field From date («از تاریخ»), choose the start date. The calendar has the buttons Today («امروز») and Clear («پاک کردن»).

3. In the field To date («تا تاریخ»), choose the end date.

Amounts are in toman («تومان»).

Orders report

Each report is a tab at the top of the page. The first tab is the orders report, and it has these parts:

• Four summary cards: Orders («سفارش‌ها»), Paid sales («فروش‌های پرداخت‌شده»), Revenue («درآمد») and Average sale («میانگین هر فروش»).

• The chart Daily trend («روند روزانه») for the same range.

• The table Order status («وضعیت سفارش‌ها»), which shows the number of orders in each status.

Other reports

• Products: Best seller («پرفروش‌ترین کالا»), Low stock now («کالاهای کم‌موجود (همین حالا)») and two tables, Best sellers by quantity («پرفروش‌ترین به تعداد») and Best sellers by amount («پرفروش‌ترین به مبلغ»).

• Customers: New customer («مشتری جدید»), Customers who ordered («مشتریانی که سفارش دادند»), Returning customers («مشتریان قبلی»), Returning share («سهم مشتریان قبلی») and the table Top customers («بهترین مشتریان»).

• Discounts: Uses («دفعات استفاده»), Total discount («مجموع تخفیف») and the table Discount codes («کدهای تخفیف»).

• Requests: Requests received («درخواست‌های رسیده»).

• Newsletter: New contacts in this range («مخاطب تازه در این بازه»), Subscribers now («عضو خبرنامه (همین حالا)»), Unsubscribed now («لغو عضویت (همین حالا)»), Bounced now («نامعتبر (همین حالا)») and the table Campaigns («کمپین‌ها»).

• Bookings: Bookings in this range («نوبت‌ها در این بازه»), Completed («انجام‌شده»), No-show rate («نرخ نیامدن») and Expected revenue («درآمد مورد انتظار») in toman.

When a range has no data

If there is no sale or booking in the range you chose, you see a sentence instead of a figure or chart, for example «در این بازه فروشی ثبت نشده» (No sales in this range) or «در این بازه نوبتی نبوده» (No bookings in this range).
