Connect a payment gateway
Connect your bank's payment gateway in the panel so customers can pay online.

Before you start
Each gateway needs its own configuration: an ID that the service gave you in its panel. Prepare it before you start.
There are two kinds of gateway: "direct bank gateway" («درگاه مستقیم بانکی») and "intermediary gateway (PSP)" («درگاه واسط (PSP)»). Connect each one separately.
Connecting a gateway
1. Open the "Payment gateways" («درگاه‌های پرداخت») page.
2. Click the gateway you want to connect. If it is not connected yet, you see the "Set up" («تنظیم») button; if it is already connected, the "Edit" («ویرایش») button.
3. On the gateway page, fill in the "Gateway settings and information" («تنظیمات و اطلاعات درگاه») section and save. After saving, you see the message "Gateway settings saved" («تنظیمات درگاه ذخیره شد»).
4. Go back to the list. The gateway status must be "Configured" («پیکربندی‌شده») and "Active" («فعال»).
5. If you want the shop to offer this gateway to the customer on the payment page, make it the "Default" («پیش‌فرض»).
The server IP address for the bank
Some banks and payment companies accept payments only from a fixed IP address. You find this address in the "Server IP address" («آدرس IP سرور») section of the "Payment gateways" page. Click the copy button and tell the address to the bank or payment company. You see the message "IP address copied" («آدرس IP کپی شد»).
Test with a small purchase
If the gateway has the "Test" («آزمایشی») label, it is in test mode.
Before customers start buying, make one small purchase on your own site and pay in full.
If payment does not work
• If the gateway status is "Inactive" («غیرفعال»), payment through it is not made.
• If you see the page "This payment gateway was not found" («این درگاه پرداخت پیدا نشد»), select the gateway again from the "Payment gateways" list.
• If you see "Loading payment gateways failed" («دریافت درگاه‌های پرداخت ناموفق بود») or "Receiving payment gateway failed" («دریافت درگاه پرداخت ناموفق بود»), reopen the page.
• If you are not sure about the gateway details, get them again from the payment service and save them in this section.
